Slide to a length
Made to your size
Every box cut to order — never a stock compromise
Lower DIM weight
Right-sized boxes cut what carriers bill you
Down to the ⅛″
Any length, width & height — whole or fractional
Made in the USA
kraft corrugated, curbside recyclable
You're paying to ship empty space.
Carriers don't just weigh your box — they bill you on dimensional weight, the cubic size of the package divided by 139. They charge whichever is greater: the scale weight or the DIM weight. So every inch of air inside an oversized stock box is air you pay UPS and FedEx to fly across the country.
Industry research puts the average shipping box at ~40% too large for what's inside it — and a single oversized box can cost 30–50% more than it should.
- ✓ A box built to your product = the lowest legal DIM weight
- ✓ No void fill, no bubble wrap to buy or throw away
- ✓ A snug box arrives intact — fewer damaged-in-transit returns

What is a corrugated box?
The most-used shipping material on earth — and the one most people just call "cardboard."
A corrugated box is built from corrugated fiberboard: a fluted, wavy paper medium glued between two flat sheets of linerboard. Those arches act like rows of tiny columns, giving the board a remarkable strength-to-weight ratio — rigid and stackable enough to protect goods across the country, yet light, affordable and 100% recyclable.
It isn't the thin "cardboard" of a cereal box (that's paperboard). Corrugated is engineered packaging, graded by burst strength and edge-crush (ECT) — and it's the quiet backbone of how the world ships everything it buys and sells.
- ✓ Strong & light — the flute cushions shocks and resists crushing
- ✓ Sustainable — widely recyclable and reusable
- ✓ Made to fit — any size, board grade or print, matched to the product
