Boxes for Apparel & Footwear
Apparel & footwear shippers, sized to what you actually ship.
A folded shirt or a shoebox rattling around in an oversized mailer is wasted board and wasted shipping spend. We cut single-wall kraft corrugated to your exact fold, bundle, or shoebox dimensions — snug fit, lower DIM weight, better unboxing.
✓ Quantity 1 to a pallet · any size to the ⅛″ · made-to-order ships within 4 business days (larger volumes have a short lead time)
Why exact-size boxes matter for apparel & footwear
Soft goods and shoeboxes both suffer the same problem in a stock box: too much void means the item shifts, the unboxing looks sloppy, and you're paying DIM weight on empty space.
No more drift in transit
A mailer or carton sized to your fold or shoebox keeps product from sliding to one corner — cleaner arrival, fewer "why is my box half empty" messages.
Lower DIM weight on every order
DIM weight = (L × W × H) ÷ 139. A right-sized mailer or shoebox shipper drops the billed weight compared to a generic stock size.
An unboxing that looks intentional
A snug box reads as considered, not careless — worth something for a brand where the unboxing is part of the product experience.
Recommended apparel & footwear sizes
Common footprints for folded apparel and footwear shipments. Order as-is or dial in your exact fold or shoebox dimensions to the ⅛″.
Low-profile mailer sized for a single folded garment — shirt, pants, or light layered set.
Shipping carton built around a standard shoebox with minimal void.
Wider, shallow box for multi-item outfits, gift sets, and bundled apparel.
Multi-unit case pack for wholesale and retail buyer shipments.
✓ All sizes are interior dimensions. Send us your folded garment or shoebox dimensions and we'll confirm the exact fit.
Board grades for apparel & footwear
Single wall handles the entire category. ECT-32 covers nearly all soft goods and footwear; ECT-44 is only needed for heavy multi-pair wholesale cases.
Standard C-flute kraft. Right for folded apparel, single-pair footwear, and most DTC shipments.
Extra stack strength for heavier wholesale case packs and bottom-of-pallet cartons.
Nearly all apparel and footwear shipments use a standard closed-top RSC — it fully encloses folded garments and shoeboxes for transit. HSC (open-top) isn't typically needed unless you're building an internal stockroom tote.

Apparel & footwear box questions, answered
How much can I save on DIM weight by right-sizing?
DIM weight = (L × W × H) ÷ 139 for most domestic carriers. A mailer that's a couple inches oversized in each dimension adds up fast — even a small reduction per side often drops a shipment into a lower bracket.
Can I order a single box to test my fold or shoebox fit?
Yes — no minimum. Order one, run it through your pack station, then scale up once the fit is confirmed.
What lead time should I plan for?
Made-to-order ships within 4 business days from Los Angeles — most orders ship in 1–2. Larger pallet quantities have a short additional lead time; plan ahead of peak season.
Can I get my logo printed on the box?
Printing is available on high-volume runs. Submit a quote request and our team will follow up with options and pricing.
