Boxes for Food & Beverage Brands
Case-ready boxes for food & beverage, cut to your case pack.
Whether you're casing bottles, cans, snack pouches or shelf-stable goods, we cut single-wall kraft corrugated to your exact case-pack dimensions — so cases stack square on the pallet and nothing shifts between the warehouse and the shelf.
✓ Quantity 1 to a pallet · any size to the ⅛″ · made-to-order ships within 4 business days (larger volumes have a short lead time)
Why exact-size cases matter for food & beverage
A case that's even a half-inch loose lets product shift on the line and crush at the bottom of the pallet. Cases built to your product's footprint solve both.
Cases stack square on pallet
A tight, consistent footprint keeps pallets stable through the warehouse and the truck — no leaning stacks, no crushed bottom layer.
No product movement on the line
A case cut to your bottle, can, or pouch count holds product snug through filling, sealing, and case-erecting equipment.
Retail-ready when it needs to be
Build a case that doubles as a shelf-ready display carton — right-sized so it looks intentional, not overstuffed or half-empty.
Recommended food & beverage case sizes
Common case-pack footprints. Order as-is or adjust to the ⅛″ to match your exact bottle, can, or pouch count.
Snug six-bottle case for standard 12–16 oz bottles — dividers sold separately.
Low-profile case for 12-can packs. Stacks flat and square on retail-ready pallets.
Bulk master case for snack pouches, bars, and boxed shelf-stable goods.
Larger bulk case for distributor and wholesale orders — maximum count per case.
✓ All sizes are interior dimensions. Uncoated kraft is right for dry, packaged, non-liquid-contact goods — pair with a liner or inner bag for anything with direct moisture exposure.
Board grades for food & beverage
Single wall handles most case-pack duty. ECT-32 is the workhorse; step up to ECT-44 for glass, cans, and bottom-of-pallet cases.
Snack, pouch, and light case-pack duty. Strong enough to stack, light enough to handle fast on the line.
Extra burst and crush strength for glass bottles, canned beverages, and cases that ride at the bottom of a pallet stack.
Most food & beverage cases ship as a standard closed-top RSC for transit protection. If a case is meant to double as a retail shelf display or needs fast top-loading access in a stockroom, an open-top HSC (about 8% less board) is worth considering.

Food & beverage box questions, answered
Is corrugated kraft safe for food and beverage packaging?
Uncoated kraft corrugated is safe as an outer case for packaged, non-liquid-contact food and beverage products (bottles, cans, sealed pouches, boxed goods). It is not a liquid-contact material itself — that's handled by your primary packaging.
Can I test a case size before committing to a full pallet run?
Yes — there's no minimum. Order a single case, run it through your filling and case-erecting equipment, then scale to pallet pricing once the fit is confirmed.
What lead time should I plan for?
Made-to-order ships within 4 business days from Los Angeles — most orders ship in 1–2. Larger pallet quantities have a short additional lead time; contact us for volume scheduling.
Can I get my brand printed on the case?
Printing is available on high-volume runs. Submit a quote request and we'll follow up with options and pricing. For everyday case-pack use, plain kraft is the standard.
Not sure what case size fits your line?
Tell us your bottle, can, or pouch count and we'll help you find the right spec — no forms, no obligation.
