Boxes for Print & Fulfillment Houses
Fulfillment boxes for every client program you run.
Running fulfillment for multiple clients means multiple box programs — and no single stock size fits them all. We cut single-wall kraft corrugated to whatever each client's product needs, so every program gets its own right-sized carton without you warehousing a dozen stock SKUs.
✓ Quantity 1 to a pallet, per program · any size to the ⅛″ · made-to-order ships within 4 business days (larger volumes have a short lead time)
Why exact-size cartons matter for fulfillment operations
Every client program has different product, different order profiles, and different margins to protect. A one-size-fits-all stock box either wastes space on small orders or doesn't fit larger ones.
A right box per program, not one for all
Set up a dedicated box size for each client program's typical order — no forcing every client's product into the same generic mailer.
Lower shipping cost passed through to clients
Right-sized boxes cut DIM weight on every outbound order — savings you can pass on or use to win price-sensitive fulfillment accounts.
Less warehouse space spent on stock SKUs
Made-to-order means you don't need to rack a dozen stock box sizes hoping one fits — order what each program needs, when it needs it.
Recommended print & fulfillment sizes
Common footprints across fulfillment programs. Order as-is per client program, or adjust to the ⅛″ to match a specific product line.
Compact box for single-item or few-item client orders — low DIM weight for high-volume small shipments.
The everyday fulfillment carton — fits most multi-item pick-and-pack orders.
Bulk case for finished print product — brochures, mailers, printed collateral.
Larger case for bulk client shipments and overflow/seasonal storage.
✓ All sizes are interior dimensions. Set up a different size per client program — send us each program's typical order contents and we'll recommend a spec.
Board grades for print & fulfillment
Single wall covers the range of fulfillment work. ECT-32 handles most client programs; ECT-44 is worth it for heavier print runs and bulk cases.
Standard C-flute kraft. Right for typical pick-and-pack, mailer, and small-item fulfillment orders.
Extra burst and stack strength for heavier finished-print cases and bulk client shipments.
Client-facing outbound shipments should use a closed-top RSC. Open-top HSC cartons work well as internal pick-and-pack staging bins on the warehouse floor before orders are boxed for shipment.

Print & fulfillment box questions, answered
Can we run different box sizes for different client programs?
Yes — that's exactly the use case. Each program can have its own dimension, ordered separately, with no minimum tying them together.
Can I test a size before rolling it out to a whole program?
Yes — no minimum. Order a single bundle, run real orders through it, then commit to ongoing volume for that program.
What lead time should I plan for?
Made-to-order ships within 4 business days from Los Angeles — most orders ship in 1–2. Recurring program volume can be scheduled in advance; contact us to set up standing orders per client.
Can boxes be printed with client branding?
Printing is available on high-volume runs, including client-specific branding per program. Submit a quote request and we'll follow up with options and pricing.
Running fulfillment for a client with unusual product?
Tell us the program's typical order contents and volume — we'll help you find the right per-program spec. No forms, no obligation.
