Boxes for Manufacturing & Industrial

Parts & component cartons, built to your work order.

From work-in-process totes on the shop floor to bulk parts shippers going out the dock door, we cut single-wall kraft corrugated to your exact component, tray, or bin dimensions — no generic bin that almost fits.

Quantity 1 to a pallet · any size to the ⅛″ · made-to-order ships within 4 business days (larger volumes have a short lead time)

Why exact-size cartons matter in manufacturing

A bin or shipping carton that doesn't match your tray, component, or work order forces workarounds on the floor — wasted motion, wasted board, and parts that shift in transit.

Matches your tray or bin exactly

A carton cut to your tray or component footprint drops into existing handling and storage systems without modification.

Right strength for the load

Match board grade to part weight instead of over-speccing everywhere — heavy hardware gets ECT-44, light components stay on standard ECT-32.

Consistent kitting & shipping

Standardize a carton to a specific kit or work order so sub-assembly and outbound shipping run the same box every time.

Recommended manufacturing & industrial sizes

Common footprints for parts, totes, and shipping cartons. Order as-is or adjust to the ⅛″ for your exact tray, bin, or work order.

Component Tray Box
Small parts
12 × 9 × 6in · 0.4 cu ft

Compact carton sized to a standard component tray — fits most small-parts handling systems.

WIP Tote
Shop-floor handling
16 × 12 × 10in · 1.1 cu ft

Work-in-process tote for moving sub-assemblies between stations.

Hardware Case Pack
Fasteners · heavy
14 × 10 × 8in · 0.6 cu ft

Heavy-duty case for bulk hardware and fasteners. Pairs with ECT-44 board.

Bulk Parts Shipper
Outbound · pallet
22 × 16 × 14in · 2.9 cu ft

Larger outbound shipper for bulk finished parts and pallet-program orders.

All sizes are interior dimensions. Send us your tray, bin, or component footprint and we'll confirm the exact fit.

Board grades for manufacturing & industrial

Single wall covers most part and component duty. ECT-44 is standard for hardware, fasteners, and heavier finished goods.

Light components & kits
ECT-32 Single Wall

Standard C-flute kraft. Handles light components, kitting boxes, and internal WIP totes.

Hardware & finished goods
ECT-44 Heavy-Duty

Extra burst and crush strength for hardware, fasteners, and heavier outbound finished-goods cartons.

HSC for shop-floor totes, RSC for shipping

Open-top HSC works well for internal work-in-process totes where floor staff need fast repeated access. Anything going out the dock door to a customer should ship in a closed-top RSC for full transit protection.

Manufacturing & industrial box questions, answered

Can you build a carton around our existing tray or bin?

Yes — send us the tray or bin's outer dimension and we'll size the carton to match it exactly, to the ⅛″.

Can I order a single carton to test on the line first?

Yes — no minimum. Order one, test it against real handling and storage equipment, then scale to a full production run.

What lead time should I plan for?

Made-to-order ships within 4 business days from Los Angeles — most orders ship in 1–2. Larger pallet quantities have a short additional lead time; contact us for volume scheduling.

Can these be printed with part numbers or handling instructions?

Printing is available on high-volume runs. Submit a quote request with your artwork or text needs and we'll follow up with options and pricing.

Not sure what size fits your parts or trays?

Tell us your tray, bin, or component dimensions and we'll help you find the right spec. No forms, no obligation.
