Boxes for Agriculture & Produce

Harvest & produce cartons, cut to your crop and crate.

From field harvest bins to farm-to-market shipping cartons, we cut single-wall kraft corrugated to the exact size your crop, pack line, and pallet program need — no forcing a stock crate to fit produce it wasn't built for.

Quantity 1 to a truckload · any size to the ⅛″ · made-to-order ships within 4 business days (larger volumes have a short lead time)

Why exact-size cartons matter for agriculture

Produce is perishable and pack lines move fast — a carton that's the wrong size either crushes product or slows down packing. Right-sized cartons match your crop, your line speed, and your pallet stack.

Matches your pack line, not a stock size

A carton cut to your exact crate or field-bin dimensions drops straight into existing pack-line equipment without adjustment.

Stacks square through cold storage

Consistent, right-sized cartons stack cleanly in cold storage and on the truck, reducing crush damage at the bottom of the stack.

Test a new crop before the full season

Order a single bundle to test a new produce line or crate size before committing to season-long volume.

Recommended agriculture & produce sizes

Common carton footprints for harvest, packing, and farm-to-market use. Order as-is or adjust to the ⅛″ for your crate or pack-line spec.

Field Harvest Bin
Harvest · field pack
16 × 12 × 9in · 1.0 cu ft

Sturdy harvest carton for field-picked produce — sized for common bushel-style crate handling.

Farm-to-Market Box
CSA · delivery
14 × 10 × 8in · 0.6 cu ft

Branded delivery-box footprint for CSA boxes and farm-to-market subscriptions.

Wholesale Produce Case
Bulk · pallet program
20 × 14 × 10in · 1.6 cu ft

Standard wholesale case sized for pallet-program shipping to distributors and retailers.

Bulk Dry Goods Case
Grain & packaged goods
22 × 16 × 12in · 2.4 cu ft

Oversized case for bulk dry agricultural goods — grain, feed, and packaged product.

All sizes are interior dimensions. Vented (slotted) versions are available on request — ask us when you submit a quote.

Board grades for agriculture

Single wall covers most produce and dry-goods duty. ECT-44 is worth it for heavy crops and bottom-of-stack cartons in cold storage.

Light produce & dry goods
ECT-32 Single Wall

Standard C-flute kraft. Handles most produce cartons, CSA boxes, and packaged dry goods.

Heavy crop & bottom-of-stack
ECT-44 Heavy-Duty

Extra burst and crush strength for heavier produce and cartons carrying stack weight in cold storage.

HSC is common in the field, RSC for shipping

Open-top HSC cartons are common for field harvest bins and pack-house totes where fast top access matters most. Once product moves to farm-to-market or wholesale shipping, a closed-top RSC protects the load better in transit.

Agriculture box questions, answered

Can you make a vented carton for produce?

Slotted/vented versions can be built on request — tell us about airflow needs when you submit a quote and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing.

Can I test a carton before committing to a season's volume?

Yes — no minimum on standard sizes. Order a single bundle, run it through your pack line with real product, then scale to a truckload program.

What lead time should I plan for?

Made-to-order ships within 4 business days from Los Angeles — most orders ship in 1–2. Larger truckload quantities have a short additional lead time; plan ahead of harvest season.

Do you make custom crate sizes for specific crops?

Yes — any interior dimension to the ⅛″. Tell us the crop and typical crate size you're replacing and we'll match or improve on the fit.

Not sure what carton fits your crop?

Tell us your crop, typical crate size, and pack-line equipment — we'll help you find the right spec. No forms, no obligation.
