These Terms of Use apply to your use of CorrugatedBoxes.com and to any order you place with us. By browsing the site or buying our boxes, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order from us.

Every box we sell is manufactured to the dimensions, board grade, and quantity you choose — including cut-to-the-eighth-inch made-to-order sizes and higher-volume production runs. Because your boxes are produced specifically for you, please double check that the size, material, and quantity are right before you complete your order. Corrugated board is a natural product, so slight variations in color, print registration, scoring, or the tape needed to seal a box are normal and are not considered defects.

Prices and quotes are shown in U.S. dollars and may be updated at any time. A price or quote shown on the site is not a binding agreement until we confirm and accept your order. Custom and printed work may require a separate written quote.

We inspect every order before it goes into production and reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a size cannot be produced, materials are unavailable, or a price or description contains an error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due in full at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and by submitting your payment information you confirm that you are authorized to use the method you provide.

Made-to-order boxes typically ship within a few business days, while larger volume runs carry a short lead time we will walk you through. Any timeframe we give is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee, and it can shift with demand, material availability, and scheduling.

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California through standard freight and parcel carriers. Once your order is handed to the carrier, transit times and handling are beyond our control, and risk of loss passes to you at that point.

Since our boxes are custom made, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged after production has started. You may be able to cancel if you contact us before your order enters production. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, let us know promptly after delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund for the affected boxes.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse our ordering tools. If you open an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

The CorrugatedBoxes.com name, logo, site content, and layout belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. When you upload artwork or designs for printed boxes, you confirm that you have the right to use them and authorize us to reproduce them solely to produce your order.

The site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, CorrugatedBoxes.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page, and continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
