Boxes for Restaurants & Food Service

Food-service boxes cut to fit your prep, storage and delivery.

Restaurant kitchens run on exact quantities and tight storage. We make single-wall kraft corrugated boxes to order in any size — produce flats to catering kits, bulk pantry to bar stock — so your back-of-house stays organized and your catering goes out in cartons built for the load.

Quantity 1 to a full pallet · any size to the ⅛″ · made-to-order ships within 4 business days (larger volumes have a short lead time)

Why exact-size cartons matter in food service

Back-of-house is a space puzzle. Boxes that stack level, fit your shelves and match your load — not a stock-size approximation — keep your walk-in tight and your catering delivery organized.

Walk-in shelves stack clean

Consistent height means every row is level and every shelf is full — no gaps, no tipping, no hunting for the carton that's almost the right size.

Catering flats that hold heat longer

A right-sized catering flat leaves no dead air around the tray. Less void means less heat loss in transit — food arrives at temperature, not lukewarm.

Made to your spec, not a stock guess

Stock sizes force you into the closest option and add filler. We cut to the exact interior dimension your product needs — no compromise, made to order.

Recommended food service sizes

Common carton footprints for restaurant, catering, and food service operations. Order these as-is, or adjust any dimension to the ⅛″ for your exact shelf or tray spec.

Produce Flat
Storage & receiving
20 × 14 × 8in · 1.3 cu ft

Standard produce and dry-goods flat for walk-in shelves, cold storage and receiving.

Bulk Pantry Case
Dry storage
24 × 18 × 12in · 3.0 cu ft

Oversized case for bulk ingredients, canned goods and pantry staples. Stacks square on pallet or shelf.

Catering Flat
Delivery · hot food
22 × 15 × 6in · 1.1 cu ft

Low-profile flat for half-pans, chafing inserts and catering tray delivery. Tight lid closure keeps heat in.

Bar Supply Case
Bottles & mixers
16 × 14 × 14in · 1.8 cu ft

Square case for spirits, wine and mixers. Fits standard half-case bottle sets with no slop.

All sizes are interior dimensions. Kraft corrugated is uncoated — safe for dry goods and non-liquid food packaging. Adjust any dimension to the ⅛″ for your exact shelf, tray, or rack spec.

Board grades for food service

Single wall across the board. ECT-32 handles most dry goods and catering; ECT-44 is worth it for heavy produce, bottles, and bottom-of-pallet cartons.

Dry goods & catering
ECT-32 Single Wall

Standard C-flute kraft. Handles pantry items, catering kits and smallwares. Light enough to handle easily, strong enough to stack.

Heavy produce & bottles
ECT-44 Heavy-Duty

Extra burst and stack strength for heavy produce flats, case wine, and bottom-of-pallet loads where crush resistance matters.

RSC for delivery, HSC for walk-in storage

Catering delivery and takeout cartons should stay closed-top RSC to hold heat and protect food in transit. Walk-in and back-of-house storage bins are a good fit for open-top HSC, where staff need fast repeated access to stacked shelves.

Food service box questions, answered

Is corrugated kraft safe for food packaging?

Uncoated kraft corrugated is safe for dry goods, packaged foods, and non-liquid food contact. It is not rated for direct wet or greasy contact — for those applications, pair with a liner or inner wrap.

Can I order a handful of boxes to check the fit before buying a season run?

Yes — no minimum, ever. Order a single bundle to confirm the fit on your shelf, in your walk-in, or for your catering spec, then scale up once you're happy.

What lead time should I plan for?

Made-to-order ships within 4 business days from Los Angeles — most orders ship in 1–2. Larger pallet quantities have a short additional lead time — contact us for volume scheduling.

Can I get my logo or restaurant name printed on the box?

Printing is available on high-volume runs. Submit a quote request and we'll follow up with options and pricing. For everyday kitchen and catering use, plain kraft is the standard.

Not sure what size fits your operation?

Tell us your walk-in shelf dimensions, your tray sizes, or what you're trying to pack — we'll point you to the right spec. No forms, no obligation.
